Ankur Dugar

Ankur Dugar is the Co-Founder of Dugain Advisors LLP and a Proprietor at DA & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a CFA Level 2 certification from the USA, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University. With over 10 years of experience in the profession, he has worked with EY for over 5 years in the Assurance practice and has provided modern and customized solutions to clients for overall business performance improvement. He has expertise in the preparation and audit of financial statements under IFRS, IND AS, and Indian GAAP, and has provided automation business solutions and accounting systems for small to medium-sized companies. He has experience in representing NCLT and NCLAT and has worked extensively in the Industrial Markets, Consumer Markets, Oil and gas, and Real Estate sectors. He specializes in connecting individuals, entrepreneurs, existing businesses, search funds, and private equity investors with investment opportunities. He helps businesses in debt restructuring and assisting large enterprises and SMEs in project financing, Capital Expenditure for Green-field/Brown-field Expansion, Acquisition Finance, and Cross-Border project funding.

Reema Jain
Head - Legal, Compliance & Reorganization
Reema Jain is the founder of Dugain Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, and co-founder of Dugain Advisors LLP. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Master's degree in Commerce, a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, and various diplomas and certificates in Forensics, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law, CSR, and Internal Audit. She is also Trademark Facilitator with SIPP Scheme of the Government and stresses upon the relavance of IPR for Startups and MSMEs

Ms. Jain is a published author on corporate and economic laws and has served as an independent director on the boards of Public and Listed companies. She is currently a member of the INternal Complaints Committee at Prognosis Laboratories. She is also a visiting faculty at the ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, and other management institutes, spreading knowledge on Corporate and Economic Laws. She is a mentor with the Startup India initiative and has been actively involved in advocating for MSMEs and steering them out of NPA and Insolvency issues. She was awarded 'The Young Women Entrepreneur Award 2020' at the Great Visioners Award 2020. She is a prolific speaker on various topics of interest for Startups and MSMEs at various platforms across India.

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in financial management and the growth of businesses. He has served as a strategic advisor and on the boards of directors for many major start-ups in India, helping them raise funding. He is passionate about share market advisory and has benefited many members through his pro-bono services. He has also worked as an Assistant Vice-President, Finance and Audit Manager and is an expert in process optimization, recruitment, and restructuring business models for market trends and compliance with international tax regulations. He is a driving force for productivity and value for the organizations he serves.
Umesh Tulsyan

Umesh Tulsyan is a seasoned Fixed Income Fund Manager with 21+ years of experience in the finance industry. He has managed a portfolio of over Rs 1,000cr for institutional clients and has consistently delivered returns above expectations. He has grown the book size from Rs 25cr to Rs 700cr and has experience in trading volumes of Rs 30k to 40k cr per annum. He is the founder of Sovereign Global, currently leading the company.
Arun Dhawan

Arun Dhawan is an Audit Associate and Technical Consultant at Dugain Advisors LLP. He has over 17 years of experience in financial analysis and audit, including work as an audit head at R.K Dhawan and Co. Chartered Accountants. He is experienced in statutory, tax, internal, IT, and forensic audits, internal control structuring, risk assessments and management, financial analysis, project reports, DCF valuations, and budgetary analysis. He also has experience in performing financial due diligence for corporate clients on both the buy and sell side of transactions.

Akshita Jain is a Designated Partner at Dugain Advisors LLP and a graduate of Delhi University with a B.A. in Economics. Mukesh Kumar Singla, a registered valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), possesses extensive experience in valuation and due diligence. His expertise encompasses the valuation of securities and financial assets under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), corporate valuations under the Companies Act, 2013, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), as well as startup, brand, business, share, and stressed asset valuations. He has managed numerous valuation assignments under IBC and other regulations for various companies and is proficient in conducting due diligence for multiple organizations.

Prakhar Gupta is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in assurance, merchant banking, debt syndication, private equity, and SME IPOs. An All India Rank 22 holder in CA, he is a graduate of Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai, and Daly College, Indore. Prakhar is also a CFA Level 1 holder and is pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate Program for Emerging CFOs from IIM Indore. At Dugain, he focuses on project finance, loan syndication, and financial due diligence to help businesses navigate complex financial challenges.
